Specialist Mediation

Mediation gives parties the opportunity to resolve a dispute through a structured and confidential process while retaining control over the outcome. Ayşe Barış has served as a registered mediator since 2022 and provides specialist mediation in commercial, employment, insurance, and consumer matters.

The process is designed to identify the issues that genuinely prevent settlement, establish a constructive framework for discussion, and test practical solutions against each party's legal and commercial priorities.
